How long does it take to receive my test results?
Most results are available within 2 to 5 working days after your sample reaches our laboratory. You will receive a notification via email as soon as your doctor-reviewed report is ready to view in your secure dashboard.
What shipping methods do you use for test kits?
All kits are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you order before 2pm on a working day, your kit is typically dispatched the same day. A prepaid tracked envelope is included for returning your sample to the lab.
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the test kit has not been used. If the kit has already been dispatched, a small fee may be deducted to cover the cost of the kit materials.
Are my personal health data and results secure?
Security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data, and your results are only shared with our clinical team. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Do I need to fast before taking my blood test?
Requirement varies by test. Many panels, such as cholesterol or blood sugar tests, require an 8-12 hour fast. Specific instructions for your test will be included in your kit and available in your online account.
